Lovely guest house, very clean with a modern funky feel. The room was warm and cozy, and everything had been thought about such as blinds and frosted windows for privacy, and lots of tea/coffee/biscuits.On street parking passes were easy to use, no trouble finding a space on the next street. Location is in Kemptown which has a nice feel to it. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beachfront.
